We
do encourage all our customers to always asked questions about our service charges, demurrages and any money matters before
applying for release or delivery of their consignment (s).
Any
customer who did not ask any of these questions before applying for any services that involves release, delivery or any form
of transfer of consignment is assumed to have known about the demurrage (s) him/herself. Under these circumstances we only
request for the entire relevant document (s) to permit our release, deliver or transfer of consignment assuming that the customer
knows about our demurrage policy.
Our
service charges and demurrage (s) are always demanded at the counter before shipment is effected to any customer or as represented.
In
the case of transferred money to our account, we always wait until such as the time when the payment is cleared before we
effect shipment to the customer (s) or as represented.
